Charles worked with my schedule and was there when he said he would be, did everything he said he would do, and finished the job when he said he would. Anybody who's worked with excavating contractors would consider that enough for five stars.
But even more impressive with Charles was his get it done attitude when ever there was a hiccup or snag, which there always is. When problems occurred, they were solved. When more resources were needed, they were acquired. And communication was excellent from start to finish.
I will defiantly call Charles first for my next job.
